Agilysys is a 900 million dollar market cap company that provides software and hardware products and services to the hospitality industry. Ramesh became CEO back in 2017, after a somewhat rocky turnaround attempt by a prior management team. Agilysys was starting to generate higher gross margins and revenue growth before the COVID outbreak impacted its trajectory, starting in the company’s fiscal year 2021.
