Welcome back to the ModState Podcast episode 80 of the Mid Week Rap. On this episode John and Nate explore the topic of the "media tipping the needle in politics"?

Obviously, in times of extreme leadership, dictatorship etc it is important to have a free and independent media calling it like it is..HOWEVER in the times of executive branch-media beef who suffers. Nate will argue that the American people suffer. According to a recent poll Americans trust the media less than the President!

Lastly, it is importantly to know WHO owns media outlets. Insidious messages can be promoted over "non-biased" news outlets. As humans we are prone to priming and subliminal messaging.

What happened to non-biased well balanced debate and conversation. Oh yeah...tune into the ModState Podcast.

Welcome back to the 79th episode of the ModState Podcast.

On this episode we start the week by recapping events that happened during the prior. President Donald Trump held a bipartisan meeting to get something done on immigration. The wording of his question regarding those individuals immigrating from countries less fortunate than the USA was "Less Than Ideal..."

But is Donald Trump a traditional racist or is just insensitive?

Lastly, John and Nate explore Diversity Visa, Chain Migration, Merit Based Immigration and DACA. Thanks for tuning into this episode.

On the 78th episode of the ModState Podcast, we have decided to do the exposé of President Donald Trump. Admittedly, we did not know much about his past and as our 45th president we think it is important to know a bit about him.

Thank you for tuning in and for your support!

Welcome back to the 77th episode of the ModState Podcast.

On this episode John and Nate explore the immigration meeting that President Donald Trump had with a bipartisan committee. It seems that he would concede to both sides and if he does this could be huge for immigration overhaul.

Nate does a good job of calling out far right commentators for there "misguided" narrative to the Diversity Immigration Visa Program.

Nate does not oppose a merit based system but the narrative surrounding the diversity based system seems a bit false.

Anyways thanks for tuning in!
