Mohamed Al Mubarak, Abu Dhabi's Department of Culture and Tourism Chairman is spearheading all this and sits down with David Rubenstein for an episode of "The David Rubenstein Show: Peer to Peer Conversations." He is also the chairman of Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's largest property developer. Al Mubarak said he's seeing a surge in demand for homes that's being driven in large part by foreign buyers.
