Después de trabajar me puse a descansar un poco para irme preparando para entrenar hoy fue un día sencillo Gracias a Dios, no se hizo mucho pero se mantuvo tranquilo todo, gracias a Dios veo mucho progreso en el front lever y plancha sobre todo en piso.

Ya que últimamente la plancha en piso se me esta facilitando mas y ahora le doy mas prioridad, asi que creo que me voy a pasar al estilo de plancha en piso para tener un alto dominio en esa variante, en el front lever el rendimiento va acorde a mis capacidades. Después de terminar las rutinas me puse a hacer una rutina de piernas para terminar mi entrenamiento, asi que nos vemos la próxima.

Me estiro siempre de primero en los entrenamientos, ya que así me ayuda a activar un poco más el músculo, después del estiramiento pase a calentar con la banda ejercicios específicos para activar la musculatura del front lever y tener un mejor desempeño.

Luego de eso voy con las series de aproximación, la cual son unas 3 series como máximo para estar preparado para los combos, ya que así evito lesionarme y doy más seguridad de lo que hago, pues mi entrenamiento, la base donde más me concentro es todo en general.

Nunca dejo que algo me falte, bueno dejando eso de lado, los combos de front lever me salieron bien, incluyendo el front lever a una mano, puesto que es el que más desgaste tiene, algunas debilidades que tengo que pulir son la pull up a touch de front lever y en general el touch, ya que es algo de lo que no le he dedicado tiempo en perfeccionar

A pesar de todo, complete los ejercicios, solo que me faltaron los ejercicios de series, los básicos de reforzamiento avanzados y la propiocepción con la banda y no los hice porque me sentía muy distraído en el sentido de no poder entrenar concentrado.

Hice al principio press de maltes porque es el elemento que más desgasta en el entrenamiento, seguido de eso hice un press en wide plancha a dedos con transición, me salió algo crudo, pero al menos lo hice, posteriormente hice otro wide press a dedos pero sin transición para hacerlo más difícil.

Ya que el hacerlo a dedos y subirlo y bajarlo sin hacer la transición es más difícil, luego de eso hice una plancha con cambio a dedos seguido de un press con cambio a puños, es la primera vez que pruebo un combo así y sale bien, aunque debo de limpiarlo un poco y quedara perfecto.

Bueno, seguido de eso hice un combo en mini paralelas el cual salió bien y de verdad me sorprendió mucho el hacerlo con buena postura, seguido de eso hice en barra alta 5 flexiones de plancha más un SAT, aunque el SAT no lo aguante mucho lo marco un poco, ya que es el elemento que había perdido y lo estoy recuperando.

Después del combo en paralela alta decidí hacer uno en barra fija, haciendo front lever a una mano, con pull ups más plancha supina, más touch, de último terminé un combo en barra alta fija que fue un front lever a una mano, más pull ups y press

Hice en mi entrenamiento bastantes variedades de combos, comencé con uno de plancha el cual era hacer plancha a dedos bajándola a 90 y subirla en forma de flexión subiendo de nuevo los dedos, es una transición la cual es exageradamente difícil y la quería poner en práctica.

Al igual después de eso hice un press de maltés en piso, el cual me costó bastante por el peso que sentía un poco en las piernas, pero aun así logre subirlo bien, no del todo perfecto, pero aceptable, después de hacer el press de maltés hice un wide press a dedos con cambio a palmas.

Y después de hacer ese combo hice unos presses de wide en mini paralelas, ya que quería ponerlo aprueba, lo que sí debo decir es que la cadera no estaba alineada con el hombro, lo cual al principio no le dio esa postura perfecta, pero solo es algo notorio que se puede arreglar fácilmente.

Luego de hacer esos combos pase un poco más al front lever, sobre todo con el front lever a una mano que es mi elemento favorito, hice un respectivo aguante más 4 pull ups aceptable, un combo avanzado, pero quería un poco más de limpieza en eso.

Ya de último hice una plancha en supinación con aguante, más front lever pull up a touch más otra pull up mas aguante

También algo que debo decir en mi entrenamiento fue que el hacer un entrenamiento de pierna de la semana pasada me fatigo bastante esa zona, ya que estoy retomando ese entrenamiento de pierna, pues llevo tiempo sin entrenarlas y la parte superior de mi cuerpo está desequilibrado y necesito darle más forma a la parte inferior.

Por eso algunos de los clips que grave se me hacen pesado, algunos movimientos que suelo dominar, pero aun así no tengo excusas y seguiré dando ese plus máximo, mi objetivo ahora es tener fuerza en todos los elementos estáticos y dominarlos a la perfección, ya que no es difícil, pero si requiere trabajo duro y entrenamiento constante.
