  • THE NFL SHOW- VIKINGS, JUJU VS AMARI, PLUS NO1 CORNERBACK

This week we warm up with Dan asking the team, what is your favourite sporting memory as either a player or a fan. Feel free to comment what your favourite sporting memory is.

On this week’s show in ‘The Huddle’ we take a look at the Minnesota Vikings as they move in to the 2022 season with a new Head Coach, new GM and an improved defence after acquiring Za’Darius Smith from the Packers and using many of their draft picks on defence. The Vikings have the weapons on offence to be one of the top offences in the league, but it all depends on if Vikings QB1 Kirk Cousins can lead them to that position. In 2021, the Vikings missed the playoffs for the second straight season after going 8-9 but for the 2022 season the biggest question is how far can rookie Head Coach Kevin O’Connell take the Vikings in his first season at the Twin Cities?

This week in “The Match” we have a look at two Wide Receivers on the move. After a busy offseason and many of the top WRs finding new homes, we take a look at Amari Cooper and his move from the Cowboys to the Browns. We also have a look at and compare Cooper’s move to Juju Smith-Schuster’s move from the Steelers to the Chiefs. Both players are going to a team who arguably has a better QB than their former QBs but often production doesn’t replicate from team to team. We have a look at their 2021 seasons and who will have a bigger impact on their new teams in 2022. Who do you think will have more touchdowns in the 2022 season?

To round the show in ‘Rapid Fire’ we go around the NFL and review some of the best players in the league. This week we take a look at the Cornerback position. With many CBs on the move and many getting big money, which CB is the best in the league right now?

The Cowboys will be without a host of players and will be looking to get things back on track after a loss in round 12. While for the Titans, pride is on the line after a shocking second half collapse this week. Without David Fifita and captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, can the Titans get their season back on track this week?

The team also preview the game between the Canberra Raiders and the Sydney Roosters. The Raiders will be without their two star players in Jack Wighton and Josh Papalii, while the Roosters will be heading into this clash without skipper James Tedesco and NSW Origin bolter Daniel Tupou. • THE NRL SHOW- FULLBACK POSITION , JAMIE SOWARD VS BEN HORNBY PLUS CANTERBURY BULLDOGS

This week's episode of ‘ The Playbook’ we talk about the important role of Fullback. The key match up of two Dragon greats Jamie Soward and Ben Hornby. As well as diving into the repairs that the Bulldogs should make to get their season back on track.

The evolution of the position, the strategies and tactics that modern coaches use, as well highlighting some of the greatest fullbacks to play the game both past and present, and how fullbacks attract fans to watch these players bringing excitement and memorable moments. The importance also of having a defensive fullback that can organise and communicate to make sure that players are in the right position on the field.

In ‘The Match’ we paired toward St George Illawarra Dragon great that led them to Premiership glory back in 2010, both Jaime Soward and Ben Hornby. Both legends of the game who complimented each other's styles. An unstoppable pairing that dominated through the late 2000’s and early 2010’s, both players were rewarded with representing New South Wales at one stage of their careers. Both players have gone on to have success after their careers with Soward becoming the Head of St George women's side  and Hornby being a successful assistant coach at South Sydney. • WOMEN IN GRIDIRON SHOW- THE PLAYBOOK OUTSIDE ZONE CONCEPT

This week we start with the “Warm-Up” by talking about how we like to prepare for the upcoming season in the preseason. How do you prepare?

In the “Playbook” we discuss the Outside Zone Concept with its RB specialities, how pivotal it is in the women’s game, the variants of the concept and how to use it in an ever-expanding playbook. This concept is so versatile and can be disguised as many other plays. It is a simple concept but difficult to master! It pays off when it is done well and timed perfectly.

Ending the week’s show on “Rapid Fire”, we discuss our favourite outside zone play. What’s yours?

On this weeks episode in ‘All Ball’ we discuss Deandre Ayton, the 2018 number one draft pick. Ayton has shown glimpses of his potential with the Phoenix Suns but can sometimes lack aggression on the court.

After the Suns' recent disappointing loss in the Western Conference semi-finals, Ayton's future with the team is being questioned and the the front office aren't whether to sign him to a max contract or look for another big man.

In ‘the Match’ we discuss two young stars  who are often compared to each other, Luka Doncic and Devin Booker. Both players finished top five in MVP standings this year and were going at each other in the playoffs when Doncic's underdog Mavericks took out Booker's Suns in a game seven.
