  • 67 | My Battle with Toxic Mold Illness: Why I Disappeared and What God Taught Me in the Dark

You might’ve noticed it’s been quiet here for a while. No new episodes. No warning. Just silence.

Today, I’m finally sharing the story behind that silence—and the powerful lessons God taught me in the dark.

Three months ago, what started as a simple home project turned into an unexpected crisis. A hidden mold problem forced my family to leave our home, live out of hotels, friends houses, and Airbnbs, and face wave after wave of fear, exhaustion, and overwhelm.

In the middle of that chaos, every system I relied on, every plan and routine fell apart. In that space of total surrender, God began to rebuild me from the inside out.

This episode is about more than mold sickness. It’s about what happens when life completely falls apart and God invites you to stop fighting and start trusting. It’s about rebuilding faith, finding peace in chaos of chronic illness and pain, and learning to breathe again when you’ve been holding it all together for too long.

If you’ve ever felt lost, broken, or like your world has crumbled beneath you, I hope my families story of our struggle with toxic mold inspires you to hold on and trust God.🩷

    Key Takeaways:

    • How toxic mold turned our world upside down....again
    • Why trusting your gut when you know something is going on is POWERFUL and shouldn't be ignored
    • The night I realized I couldn’t “system” my way out of the storm
    • What God showed me when I finally stopped trying to fix it
    • Why your breaking point might actually be the beginning of your breakthrough
    • Why I believe toxic mold illness is the cause of so many people's chronic conditions and what I plan to do to help
