  • 4PM: Grade Gutey the Drafter
Jim Rutledge and Colin Russo continue on their second show together this week. With just two days away from the start of the 2024 NFL Draft, Jim and Colin grade Brian Gutekunst as a "drafter" as the review the results of his 6 drafts as the Packers' GM. Jim and Colin also try to help two charity cases at once, drumming up donations for Gabe Neitzel and the MACC Fund by establishing some criteria for Primetime's date for charity. During today's Prospecting the Packers, Primetime has the guys review an intriguing DB out of Georgia who the Packers might *reach for* at the end of Round 1.

  • 5PM: Dame Time For MVP
Jim Rutledge and Colin Russo open Hour 2 by circling back to their *charitable* efforts to find Primetime a date. Jim and Colin also pick who needs to be the MVP if the Bucks are gonna win tonight's Game 2 versus the Pacers. During Throwing Stones, Primetime brings up some possible conspiracy theories, including the dramatic shift in odds for the Chargers to pick a QB in round 1 and the REAL reason that Lebron James and the Lakers blew a 20-point lead last night. Jason Wilde joins Jim Rutledge and Colin Russo two days ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft. Jim and Colin ask Jason to participate in today's poll question: grading Packers GM Brian Gutekunst's track record as a drafter. They also ask Jason how having a HOF QB like Aaron Rodgers was able to cover the warts of Gutey's early drafts, how should Bears fan Jim Rutledge feel about Caleb Williams saying that he emulates Aaron Rodgers, and how many "hits" do the Packers need to get out of their 11 current Draft picks. Jim and Colin wrap up reviewing today's poll questions and how JUICED the atmosphere and Bucks fans should be tonight's Game 2 at Fiserv Forum.

  • 4PM: Packers Oversupply of Draft Picks
Jim Rutledge is joined by Colin Russo live from the Frank Distributing New Product Showcase at the Sylvee in Madison. Jim celebrates his 44th birthday with some great Frank products and the emails for free discounts from his favorite retailers. Colin and Primetime help talk Jim through some of his midlife (or 5/8th's-life) crises, and Matt Hamilton makes a surprise call-in from Sweden, as he updates the guys on he and his sister Becca's performance so far at the Mixed Doubles Curling World Championships. Jim and Colin react to the audio from Brian Gutekunst's press conference this morning, where he said he'd like for the Packers to go from 11 picks to even 13 or 14 picks in the 2024 NFL Draft. Jim asks if it's smart to take on that many draft picks and it's better to prioritize a few "top-shelf" prospects in this year's draft or load up on SHOTS in the later rounds like Gutey seems to imply?

  • 5PM: Gutey's Drink of Choice
Jim Rutledge and Colin Russo roll on from the Frank Distributing New Product Showcase at the Sylvee. Jim circles back to Primetime's Date for Charity, as they help Gabe Neitzel promote the MACC Fund's fight against childhood cancer. Jim also talks to Jaguars fan Colin about the parallel paths that Trevor Lawrence and Jordan Love seem to be on as well as the teams' need to continually attack the draft to improve. In today's Prospecting the Packers, Jim gives a peak into Oregon center Jackson Powers-Johnson, and they talk about the team's need for more fixtures on the offensive line. During Throwing Stones, Primetime plays the profanity from Yankees manager Aaron Boone when he was ejected today, which NFL uniforms/jerseys are "untouchable", and which current athlete would fit best for a Roast like Tom Brady. Crosstalk with the Great Dane Huddle includes Jim attacking Alex Strouf for his 11th going-away party and Colin gets on Jesse Nelson for denying him a chance to stay longer at the Sylvee.

  • KBN Crosstalk + Mr. Irrelevant Breaking News!
Jim Rutledge and Alex Strouf join Kyle Wallace, Ben Brust, and Brad Nortman for a big announcement from Strouf, who's leaving Madison to take over as the new producer of KBN! Jim gives the KBN crew a preview of what they're getting with Mr. Irrelevant as a producer, as Jesse Nelson gives a Mel Kiper-style prospect breakdown of Strouf. The guys trade some barbs ahead of next week's NFL Draft and they fight over the sloppy seconds of Alex Strouf!

  • 4-19 Betting With Brust
Benny Bets himself joins the show for a QUICK version of this week's Betting with Brust. Jim, Strouf and Ben circle back to Crosstalk with KBN earlier in the show and Ben tells Strouf that he's gonna need to step up his game as a producer before taking over on KBN. Since the guys are running tight before 5:30, they only have time for Primetime's Prop of the Week: will Damian Lillard or Tyrese Haliburton have more combined points and assists in Game 1 of the Bucks-Pacers playoff series.

  • 4PM: Mr. Irrelevant's Graduation Party!

With Strouf leaving Madison to become the new producer of Kyle, Brust and Nortman over in Milwaukee, the guys let Mr. Irrelevant have his day as fans bid him farewell on today's show. Jim and Strouf also talk about the release of Taylor Swift's new DOUBLE ALBUM and a very specific office treat brought in by one of their coworkers. Jim crowdsources places for Strouf to visit and/or live in Milwaukee, and they give away a pair of tickets to Game 1 of the Bucks-Pacers playoffs series at Fiserv Forum this Sunday! They wrap up Hour 1 with Poll Dancing, where Primetime reviews the poll questions put out by Strouf's new show KBN.

  • 5PM: Bossy Ben Brust
Jim Rutledge and Alex Strouf wrap up their time together on 100.5 ESPN Madison, as the R&H Crew continues to bid farewell to Mr. Irrelevant as he leaves to become the new producer of KBN on ESPN Wisconsin! Strouf and Primetime have a little fun with some R&H "Only Fans" content behind the scenes, as they clown Jim for his paranoia about eating around other people.

  • 4PM: Bottoming Out Badgers Basketball?
Jim Rutledge and Alex Strouf react to today's Metro Kia Breaking News that Badgers point guard Chucky Hepburn is entering the transfer portal while former Badgers guard AJ Storr be heading to Kansas. Strouf tries to grapple with the fact that the Badgers have lost the "heartbeat of their team," and Jim asks if the program is trending toward the Bottom of the Big Ten. Jim tries to cheer up Strouf with a Tinder Time of available college basketball players in the transfer portal. The two then get into a FIREY debate about if it's time to hit the Panic Button on Greg Gard and if Chris McIntosh could rejuvinate the boosters by bringing in a new coach with Wisconsin ties -- like Virginia's Tony Bennett or Alabama's Nate Oats. They wrap up by featuring the High Life Dive Bar of the Week -- Baldwin Street Grill --, and today's winner Eric in Green Bay tries to cool the temperature of the room.

  • 5PM: Big Swing Brian Gutekunst
Jim Rutledge and Alex Strouf ease the tension coming off their FIREY back-and-forth about the state of Badgers basketball under Greg Gard in the new transfer portal era. They also compare the state of the basketball program to the Football program moving forward under Luke Fickell. Jim, Strouf and Primetime then all take a BIG SWING during today's Prospecting the Packers, as they each give the player that they think Gutey should go all out for in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. During Throwing Stones, Jim gives a peak into his tattoo history beofore Primetime asks if the Bucks should rather play the 3-seed Pacers or the 7-seed 76ers in the NBA Playoffs, if Caitlyn Clark or Bill Belichick would make for a better recurring radio guest, and how best to handle a "all-encompassing suck" performance. They wrap up with Jim babying man child Alex Strouf.
