Jim and Colin explore the recent examples of quarterbacks who popped and flopped depending on their own unique circumstances, and they review some of the insights from Bill Barnwell's most recent article on ESPNPlus.com. They also ask the fans to name some of the QB prospects who they were most wrong about coming into the NFL, including those they were too high on and those they were too low on.
