About Dana
Dana Lawson is a Certified Health Coach and Menopause Educator with over 15 years in the health and wellness industry. Despite her background, when she entered menopause at 51, she experienced severe fatigue, hot flashes, sleep disruption, weight gain, and depression, symptoms that didn’t respond to the strategies that had worked for her before.
Determined to find answers, Dana sought advanced mentorship with a Certified Hormone Specialist and Menopause Expert in Canada. Today, her mission is to help all women, but especially women of color, understand what’s happening to their hormones during the menopause transition and how to support their bodies through evidence-based nutrition, restorative sleep, stress management, intentional movement, and nervous system regulation. Dana helps women reduce symptoms, improve their health, and move through midlife feeling informed, supported, and confident.
