Most of us say we’d die for our kids—but how many of us are willing to live for them?
And by “live,” I mean choosing a longer, healthier, and happier life.
It’s far more important than we realize—because our well-being shapes theirs.
We owe it to them (and to ourselves) to make time for mental, physical and emotional health. I know it’s easier said than done—but in this episode, let’s dive into some practical, doable ways to actually start making it happen.

How many times have we heard these dialogs, "Didn't we raise kids," "Don't we know what to do?" "Do you have to tell us everything?" from our older generation?

I genuinely feel like my whole life revolves around food lately. I wake up thinking about what to cook, go to sleep mentally prepping tomorrow’s meals… and yes — I’ve even caught myself thinking about lunch while pooping. Is it just me?

Did you guys ever feel like
life was much simpler before you became
aware of all the things you are aware of now.
Like, human relationships, parenting, trauma and so on.
Today we specifically wanted to discuss about
how so many women,
until recent times didn’t realize
that were being treated wrongly,
how they were unknowingly accepting of disrespect and unfair labor
in the name of tradition or culture.

Fathers of today have come a long way, breaking a lot of generational stereotypes. They take part in household chores, change diapers, and they don’t shy away from learning new things. From child birth classes to labour rooms, they stand by their wives through the entire process of giving birth. They are also very much present and involved in their growing child's life.
But it seems that a lot of women still have a lot to complain about. Let’s see what that’s about.

A new mother often feels conflicted between her love for her baby and her desire to pursue her own goals or maintain her personal interests, leading to a struggle over how to define herself beyond being a mother.
Her identity, that sets her apart from everyone else, seems to become blurred, because it is now tied up to her child.
She is now perceived as a mother of someone, rather than herself.
Her child's developmental milestones, wellbeing and behavior become her persona.
She starts to lose her sense of self and her individuality, eventually facing an identity crises.
And sadly most women, don't discuss or vent or even realize about their inner turmoil. Let's bring them all out in this episode.
