Looking at ourselves in the mirror is hard. With so many expectations of what "fit" and an "ideal" body looks like, it's hard to look at ourselves and not be critical. It took me some time to accept and love myself, and this is the story about that and how as life progresses, values and priorities change, and accepting that fitness may not always be in your top 5 things to do is a thing!
