This week we have guest, Vitalia Albertson, on the podcast. Vitalia has used her first birth experience in order to educate and empower herself and take charge of her second birth and postpartum journey. We talk about the holistic side of health and healing ; how can we prepare our bodies for pregnancy? How can we support our bodies, naturally, in pregnancy and postpartum to alleviate some of the common discomforts that come along with those journeys?
This was such a great conversation for me, personally, as I head into the third trimest. I am anxious (as you can imagine!) and am wanting to soak in all the knowledge to prepare myself and empower myself in this next journey ahead. Even if you are not pregnant, this is a great resource for setting your body up for a more comfortable pregnancy and long term in your postpartum.
