A mosquito that can transmit diseases like Zika, dengue, chikungunya, and yellow fever has once again been detected in the Moab area. The local mosquito abatement district is planning an ultra-low volume fogging for the downtown corridor on Tuesday night. The district manager says they hope this aggressive action prevents the mosquito from becoming established.
