According to Dharmapalan, blockchain technology would not be used as the security mechanism to safeguard Jamaica’s Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) because it’s “vulnerable”. Well President of the Caribbean Blockchain Alliance, Stefen Deleveaux, would like to respond.
