We sat down with CEO of First Avenue Dayna Frank for an in-depth and critical discussion of the Upper Harbor Terminal development. First Avenue is co-developer of the contested Upper Harbor Terminal re-development project in North Minneapolis. We planned on sharing this interview as a part of Season 2, but with the $20 Million State bonding request for the proposed concert venue at the Upper Harbor being included in the first draft of the bonding bill at the state legislature this week it feels important to share now.
We start with an analysis of the 20 Million dollar state bonding request and share reflections on the interview before we get into the conversation with Dayna. This episode is once again beautifully produced by our very own Isaac Specktor and our creative collaborator Diana Siegel-Garcia helped to prepare for the interview. We all send our thanks to Dayna Frank for joining us and thanks to the listeners for tuning in.
