Monster of the Week - Constructing Old School Magic

We put together a short tribute episode in memory of The Ultimate Platypus, our dear friend Jens Jaeger. We wanted to honor his life, his kindness, and the unforgettable impact he had on all of us. Seb and Anton have a brief chat with Chris about the sad passing of our dear friend Jens.

Those who wanted to share a short message—whether it was a thank you, a memory, or just a few words—were warmly invited to record or write something and we included these messages in the episode as a way for everyone who loved Jens to express their appreciation and say goodbye.

Let’s remember the incredible person he was.

*Episode Update* We regret to inform our listeners that we have removed this episode. It has come to our attention that Scott Nelson Foster has received a six-month ban from Premodern Monthly events due to rules infractions, including adding cards from outside the game to his hand, while playing this deck. To honor fair play and the integrity of the game, we have chosen to fully retract the episode. For more information, please see the official statement from the Premodern Online Play group on Facebook.
