Moody Presents

A timely message for the season.  Join our teacher, Dr. Paul Nyquist as we study the life of John the Baptist.  A compelling look at the forerunner to Jesus Christ.  Be sure to listen this week!

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend from Moody Presents!  In our special edition today we'll take you back to the first Thanksgiving and we'll start a brand new teaching series from the book of Luke.  An indepth study, for the next several weeks, on the life of John the Baptist.  Join us for Moody Presents!

Today on Moody Presents, the culmination of our 11 week study from 2 Peter.   It is our prayer that you were encouraged and exhorted to holy living while learning more about false teachers and how to guard against them.  Perhaps the most important of all of Dr. Nyquist’s messages is this final call to understand three important factors for how we should live in the coming year and the rest of our lifetime.  Join us on Moody Presents.

A question that you and I should be asking ourselves, "How should we live as Christ followers?"  Join our teacher, Dr. Paul Nyquist for a message from 2 Peter Chapter 3 that will bring a fresh perspective on Godly living!

According to our teacher Dr. Paul Nyquist, we live in a culture that worships "stuff!" Wouldn't you agree with this statement?  Fitting for this season is a very important message from our continued study of  II Peter 3 where we learn afresh how to be consumed not with our "stuff," but with our Savior!

In our teaching series from II Peter, Dr. Nyquist has taken us through the important biblical truths that faith must be strong and false teachers of God's Word will always be present.  As we move to chapter three we find it necessary to answer the question, "So what?" when it comes to the fact that all the earth will be destroyed in the end times.  If everything is going away what does that mean for you and I and how we live our life right now?  A captivating question with answers that you must hear on the next Moody Presents.

On today’s Moody Presents, Dr. Nyquist calls us from scripture to take care of the new believer in Jesus Christ, to disciple them well, to help them grow in the knowledge of the Lord. Why? Because the real and ever-present danger of false teaching can lure the baby Christian away.  Join us for Moody Presents as our teaching series continues from 2 Peter.

Welcome to the weekly Bible teaching program with Dr. Paul Nyquist.  We hope you enjoy the special musical selections featuring our very own students singing songs of thanks to our God.  We’ll also continue our series from 2 Peter on the topic of false teaching and the new believer in Jesus Christ.  Important words to you and I as it relates to discipleship

Welcome to part two of “The Truth about False Teachers” as we continue our wider study of 2nd Peter today on Moody Presents.  Our teacher is the President of Moody Bible Institute, Dr. Paul Nyquist.  Did you know that the early church struggled with teachers that were spreading lies about Jesus Christ and His second coming?  Did you know these very same lies are being spread around the church today?  We need truth we can use, direct from the pages of God’s Word the Bible in order to increase our faith and keep us standing strong for Jesus.

From a very joyful song featuring the students and staff of the Moody Bible Institute recorded live in President’s Chapel we now take you to some very sobering teaching from the book of 2nd Peter. Unfortunately today, just like the early church, there is no shortage of false teaching related to Jesus Christ and His 2nd coming. We’ll launch into a two-part study meant to increase your faith in a hostile culture.
