  • 4. Being Bold, Getting Weird, and Mastering your Mind

Amanda and Sierra jump right in to this episode, sharing current updates and the revolutionary influence of music on mood. (Thank you Lizzo!) These powerful women discuss combatting low vibe energy through solo dance parties, lifting other women up, and actively trying to master our thoughts since we create our own reality.

The overwhelming theme in this tet-a-tet is BOLDNESS. Boldness is a muscle that must be exercised. Amanda and Sierra talk about how following their intuition has been pivotal in fostering boldness within themselves as female entrepreneurs and creatives. Touching on subjects like gratitude, limiting beliefs, and saying yes, they deep dive on the value of staying curious. When it comes to yourself, intentionally choose curiosity over judgment and nurture your inner child with relentless love and support. Be mindful of negative internal chatter particularly "name calling" and kick those habits to the curb.

S + A talk about different times they've followed their intuition boldly and how it has worked out for the best. Using creativity for stress-management and to stay in flow. Sierra also chimes in to reveal her inner dictator and how she has learned to take her advice as only that. While an intense inner voice can be beneficial to high performance, if it makes you "feel bad" it's time to listen to a different guide. She referenced a discussion about Kurt Russell and his advice to always bet on yourself. You must be your own biggest fan.

Amanda illuminates the incredible inauguration of Kamala Harris and how this one thing is indicative of a larger movement towards women in leadership and eventually ruling the world. "Make sure to wear shoes today ladies, there's glass everywhere." - author unknown. She and Sierra discuss the importance of women's voices and how this is the time for boldness. Resounding applause for Amanda Gorman's performance.

Included in this episode is the importance of surrounding yourself people who make you stretch. Never be the smartest person in the room.

When exercising your boldness muscle, reminisce about your past accomplishments and take encouragement from this.

Amanda further breaks down the notion of Be, Do, Have (yes) vs Have, Do, Be (no). Come back to yourself, show yourself some love, accept yourself where you're at NOW and be joyful there because the rest will fall into place. The beliefs we have about ourselves dictate our thoughts, which then in turn direct our actions which further shape our reality. We are always manifesting and directing our lives, take care that your thoughts are in alignment with what you really want. According to David Bayer, beliefs are decisions. A good way to create this magick is through bold "I am" statements and saying them aloud.

Sierra talks about some entrepreneurial wins and ways to raise your vibration. The Earth is spinning faster and our bodies must adapt. Boost your frequency from 3D to 5D by chasing joy, maintaining an outlook of gratitude, + being of service to others.
