Every year across the West fewer people say they’re Christians. Researchers in Europe wanted to see if morality was likewise declining. And their answer was “no, not really.”

But how did they define morality? Well, abortion and homosexuality were listed as “traditionally offensive” while lying and stealing were called “immoral.”

They found many Europeans accept abortion and homosexuality but most still think lying and stealing are wrong. So, really, morality has declined as more people have rejected God’s Word as the standard. It just depends on if you use God’s definition of morality or not!
