I made a real life human.

The birth of my surrobub and the ultimate surrendering to the universe.  Surrendering is not admitting defeat or deciding to not play an active role in your life. Surrender is about understanding that we can only control our thoughts, behaviours, actions and reactions- everything else is not up to us.

The more uncertainty that we can handle, the more we surrender to the Divine timing of the universe and trust that everything is happening for our highest evolution, not our preference.   We may not always like the circumstances of our lives but our power comes in knowing that we are Divinely guided and being conscious about what we can actually control.   Live in trust, surrender, acceptance, love and gratitude. As always, it is a practice, a life long practice not a destination where you will one day arrive. We are always deepening.

It's so easy to want to keep the peace and not be the " painful" patient. But when you don't speak up, the only person you're hurting is you. Your experience matters, you know your body. Trust yourself and speak up.

Live from Facebook- Our emotions are like indicators on a car;  sometimes they tell us when something is wrong but more often than not, they simply tell us when something needs our attention. We might need fuel, to change the oil or we are changing lanes and our emotions are no different.   

The more that we avoid and ignore the indicators, the more troublesome they become. The more that we pay attention to what needs it, the better off we are.
