She is a humanistic researcher and talent development consultant. Her research focuses on curiosity and associated mental, emotional, and motivational attributes. Dr Hortsmeyer is also adjunct faculty for USC Marshall School of Business Executive Education and the inaugural Research Fellow appointed to USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking.
