Life never works out how you plan. Janna is an author, book editor, environmentalist, yogi - she is a living breathing educator. She embraces all that life brings her way, stays curious about what that is in her path and works through it- then she teaches others how she did it. She has a brilliant mind. I love talking with this woman.
I'm coming in hot today with this topic. We have become a society of people who can't handle hard, challenging, "risky" or even growth conversations and it shows. It is so sad when we lose ourselves and become so diluted. We lose. Everyone in relationship with us loses but mostly our kids lose. People are continually looking to us for courage, strength, integrity and some sort of back bone and many are met with passivity. It's time to stand up and step into deeper, more challenging relationships and conversations.
Negative or Positive, Perfect or Imperfect (Just kidding perfect doesn't exist), Hopeful or Despairing.... what you focus on expands. Don't sit and complain about it; make change, take action, always be curious!!
Clutter and STUFF take up unnecessary space in your home and mind. Tune in as Larissa gives us easy, doable tips on how to simplify our homes!
You don't need a tidy home, You just need a home that is easy to tidy! ~ Larissa
It's time to look back, take stock, be thankful and own our outcomes for 2021. Join me as we dive into intentional living. You control the pen. You write your story - go live like this is true.
Heidi and Amanda are back on the podcast and we are discussing our thoughts on all the good advice and bad advice that are floating around out there during the Christmas season. Come have a laugh with us today!
We spend a lot of time blaming, complaining and not owning the experiences in our mind, our body and our relationships. What would happen if you took ownership? How would this way of living change your life, your experiences and your relationships? Let's dig in!
Dr. Katy Cook is an avid researcher and data junkie. Her specialty is the role emotional intelligence, mental health, and values play in work culture, and how successful companies use these to inspire change, hone organizational effectiveness, and build safe, compassionate, happy workplaces. This December she is taking to the road- traveling across America interviewing Americans for her second book “The Psychology of America” …we are lucky enough to follow along on this journey and learn from this vulnerable and honest woman!
