A Terma can be physical objects, such as statues or ritual implements, or they can be teachings and practices that are transmitted through oral tradition. Terma are considered to be valuable treasures that contain the essence of Buddhist teachings and can help practitioners deepen their understanding of the Dharma. Discovering a terma is considered to be a form of spiritual revelation.

This episode we plant a seed of abundance Terma in our past, present and future. We are literally giving ourselves the gift of an abundance mindset and putting on the abundant lenses so we can shift our perspective away from lack.
