We discuss what it means to be present and the benefits of holding space for ourselves in this moment. We realize that being at peace in the present moment holds tremendous amount of power and resource which is literally "one breath away"- it holds the power to make us happy now and the guidance to better decision making.

We truly believe that sex should become a topic we all talk more openly in this society. In order for us to better understand what are consensual sexual interactions, we need to educate ourselves, maturely process our emotions, develop empathy and teach the next generation to do the same.

In this episode, Coral and Sarah also share their own personal experiences. Having the courage to tell our own stories is a big step to reclaim our power. It isn't an easy journey, but for us, it is a necessary one.
