In this episode, Yuran shares a grounding meditation and a manifestation meditation.

Below are the steps of manifestation; the most correct way of prayer is through gratitude.

1. bring a clear intention to the prayer

2. use right brain to visualize a 3D image

3. With authentic and true emotions, send it to the universe through heart chakra.

4. strongly believe in it and use the power of trust and faith

5.finish the prayer, give it to the universe, trust, let go of the intervention of the brain, and not attaching to any of it

6. vibrate and generate a gratefulness as if the prayer had already manifested and been realized, and return this gifted infinitive feeling out to the world in every ways you can. - let the blessing flow out of you naturally and endlessly.
