Sacred desire is your alive, non-negotiable, creative life force. The part of you that demands a life worth living, not just existing, but a life that makes you want to leap out of bed every morning. It's embodied, it's aligned with your truth, and it refuses to compromise.

Here's what everyone gets wrong: they think one big thing will create their dream life. The perfect relationship, the dream job, the forever house. But you could get all of that tomorrow and still feel empty because the foundational pieces aren't in place.

The real work happens in 5 areas and we break all of this down in this episode:
