Wesley Ng has been the head women’s rowing coach at the University of Pennsylvania since 2015. On his watch, Penn has enjoyed consistent success including qualifying for the NCAA Championship each of the last two years, the first two times the Quakers have qualified as a team. In 2023, Ng was named the Ivy League Coach of the Year.
