loved this book. I was so worried about Rachel and Ryker ending up together. I wish these books were an actual stores where you had to read one to understand the next. I don't like that they are stand alone books

What made the experience of listening to For the Win the most enjoyable?

This is a great book by Brenna Aubrey and the narrators brought this enjoyable story to life. Loved it!

Have you listened to any of Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first time I've listened to Jason Clarke, and only the second time I've heard Kirsten Leigh. I thought they both did a fantastic job. Very enjoyable to listen to.

What a start, what a reveal, what an ending!

I napped across the first book, At Any Price, on a Friday and listened to all four gaming books currently out in a weekend. YES, in one weekend. I was drawn in with the first book and found my self hooked. I had to know what happened next and didn't stop until I was out of books.

My husband is a gamer (Blizzard-WOW) and I am a book geek so I really related to April and Jordan in the fourth book. I enjoyed these books so much, I am now signed up for Brenna Aubrey's newsletter, reading her blogs and am anxiously awaiting the release of the fifth book, For the One. I'm sure it will also be amazing.

Loved!

This book had me from page one. Jordan hooks up with April at Comic-Con but she does not know it is her boss that she just had sex with. There is also one more problem, she has recorded the sexcapade, and some how that video was uploaded to the internet and has gone virile. Jordan has turned in to the boss from hell, to try to keep his distance from April. But a business trip out of the country is to much for them both and they hook up again. Will they be able to make it work or will the video tear them apart?

Everything from the narrators, story to the length of the book for the credit was a home run!

I listened to this book 1st before the 1st book in the series and it helped convince me to listen to the entire series.

I want more of April and Jordan's story... I'm excited to hear Williams...

Absolutely Phenomenal!

I read the book but listening to it was a completely different experience! Jordan and Snow White brought me into their world and I FELT every intense, loving, hot, sexy moment!

Brenna has an amazing talent and having the book narrated by a male and female was perfect! This by far has been my FAVORITE audio book and I don't know if any other will hold a flame to this one.

Interesting beginning

Completely Drew Me In

Intriguing story line. Once I listened to this book, I immediately dove into the series. I can't wait to see just where this story goes. Highly recommend trying this book... as long as you're prepared to want to listen to them all!

I love this audio book and the narrator did an amazing job narrating it. She doesnt just read the book line by line, she does a great job with the different character's voices. Nothing cheesy that made me giggle when listening to her interpretation of the male's voices, like other audio books Ive listened to before. This novella is a great prequel to this series. I cant wait to listen to the whole series on audio books. The Stripped series is one of my favorites from Skye Warren, if not my favorite. Its dark but sexy and hopeful at the same time. I recommend this audio book to any lovers of dark romance. *This audio book was gifted in exchange for an honest review and is all of my own opinion.

Worth every penny!

I thoroughly enjoyed the audio version of this book but then again I enjoy all of the books this author writes so if you enjoy this author then you won't be disappointed here. The person reading it did a good job and kept me hooked. If you are thinking about getting this book don't hesitate. It is worth every penny!

More Please!!!

This book rocks!! I am so excited the Sinners books are continuning with this series. I cannot wait for more. If you like the first series, you will like (read: need to get) this book. No spoilers here, but I was a bit turned off by the summary, so it took me a few days to give it a try. For some reason the thought of another journalist/rocker romance seemed a bit tired and over done to me, but there was a different twist to this one and it took me all of about 15 min to be completely engaged! Definitely recommend.

So hot and funny at the same time!

This book was great. It was hot and funny, so funny that I'd laugh out loud and I know the people in the cars next to me while I was driving must have thought I was nuts! LOL! I didn't know if I'd like someone as much as the Sinners, but Exodus End is equally likable and after meeting Logan and the guys, I can't wait for the rest of the books in this series. It was cool to see how their story went along with the Sinners' books and to have familiar characters in the book made it nice. If you loved the Sinners' books you love this one!

a good rock band book

the story line was good but like always would have been soooo much better if Arden did not have to try and sound like a female. He did a decent job but still lacking.

males voices sound like bad Gollum impersonation

This book wasnt for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

The narrator is not bad overall, but her male voices are absolutely horrible. I couldn't finish listening to it, it was just painfully awful

Renee, very sweet character, and her exuberance is cute

Any time a male speaks, she fails miserably. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible her male voices are. Viktor sounds like the narrator is doing a Gollum impersonation

Fox in the "Croc's" house

this is part of Series and is better if listen to in order or you will be confused, that being said she Great writer who really know how to get you follow her like blood hound on a scent

He a crocodile, and his personality truly matches his critter, he gruff, very rarely humorous, always serious and snaps at people. He does his job and does it well, he never has trouble he cant get out of till his last mission where he get's "stuck" with fox shifter he pulled out of the hole.

She know only the dark dank smell cell which she lived in since she can even remember, she bored wishes something would happen, careful what you wish for, because next thing she knew place was shaking, booming , and alarms going off, soon boots sound followed by shouts and gun fire. Man lead her out of dark into very scary bright world she read about but never expected to get to see. She cling to him as her life line since croc brought fox out of the hole, where Master mind has kept her for longer she can remember.

Master mind know how to create most chaos then slip away what happen this time is really big big adventure.

Will Keep You Guessing.

Are you responsible for your words? Even if it will deeply embarrass or even ruin someone? If you knew before the outcome of what you were about to publish would you change your mind? Should you feel guilty for the resultant outcome? The other person made their choice after all.

This is about Abigail and her search for truth, and her coming to grips with what happens when she publishes a story that has a huge impact on others lives. It makes her think twice as she pursues a story about a soldier being shot and the army covering it up. That is one story.

She also has Ben a young teen who comes to her because his mother has committed suicide. He can't understand that she didn't love him enough and couldn't face all that has been revealed about her.

There is mystery, suspense and a whole untangling that needs to happen before Abigail can find her way forward in any way.

There is heartbreak for a mother and brother, guilt for Abigail and anger from Ben. Is the army involved in a cover up and what part in the story does Abigail's father play? And then there is the old family friend "Uncle Chris", an army leader too.

There comes a time for forgiveness and redemption. A time to recognise loyalty and integrity. For which characters? You'll need to read the book to find out.

I enjoyed the story and the untangling that takes place, with a few little surprise and some changes of heart. Worth the listen, although it took me a little while to adapt my ear to the narrator. While she didn't have variety for female voices, her male voice was distinguishable and overall easy to listen to.

Good premise & with folk in their 40s

I liked the uncommon set up of the book being an interracial couple and how the author addresses some members of society problem with that, and she does without becoming political or preachy or long-winded. I also liked that the 2 main characters, Tom and Willie (aka Wilhelmina), were not perfect people physically and were also in their 40s. As a result, the time they took and their level of consideration in getting together was refreshing. However, they seem to be too perfect in every other way and with too-perfect families. Similarly, the problems the couple faced, including a nice doozy of a surprise, were settled all-too easily.

The story has 3 sex scenes. They were not gratuitous, were hot and well done. And the couple seemed to have some chemistry, but I dont know where it came from. Eventually listeners learn that they have been together about a year, but I have no idea how they met or when. A presumption can be made that its through Wills daughters marriages, but its never made clear. I dont know how they became connected and how Will became so tied into Toms life. Was it an immediate connection? Did they dislike each other before? What? These answers might be answered in preceding stories in this series, so that might just be my problem. But it wouldve been nice to get a quick synopsis, since we also get a bit of Willies backstory in order to understand upcoming critical parts. So knowing how Tom and Willie got together and started to like each other requires the same understanding and explanation, even a short one.

As always loved the book. Cannot wait to see what she does next. I thought I loved the boys and seeing them fall in love. But they have nothing on Tom. :-)

Rainy Day Kisses

Loved the story of Nate and Susannah and how they met through a baby. I enjoyed watching their relationship develop. Nate has secrets and Susannah is not happy. Will the secrets derail the relationship or can they get beyond it.

Debbie Macomber is one of my favorite authors. I have read almost all of her books. This book was a very humorous quick read. By humorous i mean laugh out loud funny!

Adam is the first book in bestselling author Jennifer Ashleys contemporary Riding Hard series set in the Texas Hill Country. Its a spicy and sweet second chance romance starring Adam Campbell and Bailey Farrell, who are genuine and likeable, have amazing chemistry and their romance is as sizzling as a hot Texas summer. With a fast paced narrative, action packed scenes and an engaging storyline plus some fabulous costars this amazing author once again makes her tale come to life for her audience. Book one does a great job of setting the stage for stories to come

The audible version is put in the very capable voice of Eric Dove. His drawly aw shucks southern baritone, slow paced reciting, impressive range and excellent talent of sounding so natural while vocalizing male, female and kid voices too makes him the perfect choice for this novel.

SUMMARY:

Stunt man to the stars Adam Campbell pretty much went for what he wanted and got it for most of his life. That is until a stunt went horribly wrong killed his best friend and left him broken and burned. What else could he do but go home to Texas, the loving arms of his family and the familys very successful trick riding operation. When he arrives hes stunned to find his high school sweetheart learning the dangerous trade and he is not happy about it, not after what he just went through.

Bailey Farrell left small Riverbend Texas for the city lights and a job in Austin but after an agonizing divorce she came home to heal and got a job on the Campbell ranch learning to stunt ride. When the oldest Campbell brother and her first love comes home to recover from a dreadful accident her first thought is that shell do whatever it takes to help get him back on his feet, the second thought is that she never really stopped loving him.

Not what I expected.

The story was narrated very well, too vanilla for my taste. I had no problem reading it because it was well written.

A great read!

The story grabs your attention. Had trouble putting it diwn. Narration was exceptional and really made you feel a part of the story.

Enjoyed it!

This is not my usual type of story but I did enjoy it. Get it.

Horrible Horrible

Would you try another book from Jennifer Ashley and/or Eric Dove?

Not sure... the narrator was horrible. It sounded like I was listening to a National Geographic documentary.
