in the grand fashion of 3 letter government agencies tendency to way
overstep their boundaries and violate our constitutional rights , the
ATF has recently decided that something that has previously been
approved by the ATF , sold legally to gun owners and FFL’s across the
nation “to the tune of 10-40 million units sold” , they have decided now
that if you own one of these dangerous plastic accessories that you are
now a felon . But never fear you have options . 1. Remove the brace and
remove the buffer tube that can accept a brace or stock ( smooth tube )
2. Destroy the braced weapon completely 3. Register your braced firearm
as an SBR under the NFA ( gun registry ) 4. Swap out the barrel to a
16” or longer barrel effectively turning your pistol into a “rifle”.
