Clare talks numbers with Met Offcie Scientist Dr Mark McCarthy, learning about how last year sat in terms of overall UK climate. She gets an overview of why the report is so important from Prof Liz Bentley from the Royal Meteorological Society and as this year’s report also includes a section on phenology, Clare talks to Darren Moorcroft, CEO of the Woodland Trust who talks about the impact of a changing climate on the UK’s tree population.
