In this episode, I talk about my ideas and tips to share our views/beliefs in a loving way to people who disagree with us.
I'm someone who loves to wake up early. Here, I explain some benefits of being a morning person and why you might want to try to wake up and start your day a little earlier.
Disclaimer: I am definitely not a medical professional in any way. I speak mostly from my own experiences in this episode; a schedule that works for me might not work well for everyone else.

Here are my top 10 tips for taking tests, exams, and quizzes! These tips might not be helpful for everyone, but I hope that there's at least a little bit of useful information here for anyone who decides to listen.
I haven't had a great week, so why not just make a silly podcast episode to relieve some stress?
Today, I go through posts on a website called Reddit and read unpopular opinions from random strangers on the internet to see if I agree or disagree with them.
In this first-ever episode of Mostly Wholesome, I go over certain ways that people can fast to improve their spiritual well-being.
These ideas are all just suggestions and I am not in any way whatsoever a religious teacher and/or leader.
With Lent 2022 coming up soon, I'm hoping that these fasting ideas can inspire some people to figure out how they're going to grow spiritually and understand the Gospel better this season.

Welcome to Mostly Wholesome (or MoWho for short)!
MoWho is a podcast that's not limited to one specific topic. Andi, the podcast's host, hopes to cover ideas stemming from faith to mental health to hobbies, and much more.
First off: please listen to last week's episode before this one, otherwise it won't make any sense!
This quick, bite-sized episode is just a little update on when I'll be releasing my new podcast and how you guys can stay informed on all the new stuff that's coming. I'm really looking forward to this!
I haven't had Obscure Crimes for long, but this podcast is already going to be experiencing some big changes pretty soon. Some of you may not like this change; others may be excited about it. Maybe you have mixed feelings. I want all of my listeners to know that I'm so super grateful for the support I've gotten on this podcast! Thank you all for helping me to spread awareness about such serious issues. I'm looking forward to the new things I'll do here as time continues.
Hailey Burns was a sixteen-year-old girl who struggled with Asperger's. Her lack of social skills made making "real-life" friends difficult, so she set out to meet people online. Little did Hailey know, meeting the wrong person would end up sending her down a path full of danger, abuse, and evil.
Hailey endured sadistic torture and manipulation, but managed to stay strong and escape from this. Hailey is truly a brave young woman and, even though her path towards healing may be challenging, it's also inspiring. How can we help people like Hailey?
Huge trigger warning for those sensitive to topics relating to eating disorders!
In this episode, I'll be giving you guys some background knowledge on the most fatal mental illness that there is: anorexia nervosa. This is part one to a case I'll be covering next week. Normally, I don't focus this much on mental illness, but AN is an extremely misunderstood disorder and I want to provide my listeners with information on something that will be very prevalent in next week's episode. I encourage you, if you or someone else you know is struggling with an eating disorder, to reach out for help. It's a difficult and scary process, but there are people out there who care.
Stay strong; God bless all of you who are working to get through this.
