I am so excited to be releasing this podcast with Kaitlin!
Kaitlin Klimmer is a self-proclaimed child-development nerd, geeking out on all things early years. She has a degree in psychology, a diploma in early childhood education, a certificate in forest school education and most recently, a baby-led sleep and well being specialisation. She worked with children and families for over a decade before becoming a mother herself. It was then that she truly realised how hard it can be to reconcile peaceful parenting with parental self-care. She works to bring more ease and closeness to the parent child relationship. Her practice is rooted in respect and connection-centered approaches.
We speak about respectful, peaceful parenting, reparenting ourselves, techniques to calm the mind through calming the body first, sleep training and the alternative, sleep regressions, praise and rewards and the alternatives, highly sensitive children, supporting emotions, independent play, communicating Covid to young children and more!

In this episode I speak with Anne- Marie Pereira about Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT™) which is a complete solution-based treatment, which combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and Neuroscience, to offer unparalleled fast, effective and long lasting results.
Every baby comes onto the planet with an inner cheerleader that boosts them with phenomenal self-belief, but for many of us, the cheerleader goes aways and is replaced by a critical voice that starts to shut us down and make us believe that we are not good enough as a woman, a mum and a partner.
When a baby is born so is a mother. We are getting to know ourselves just as we are getting to know our baby. This interview was part of one of my mothers’ circles. I interviewed Anne-Marie and then she took us on a journey. For the bonus extras and meditation go to full show notes on my website.
In this episode I speak to Jack about the Emmi Pikler approach, the tree from which stems, amongst others, the RIE movement.
