This week, I am talking about some of my mom anxiety and how I deal.  There are so many things I could list on what makes me anxious, in my mom role, but that's for my therapist, so I am just going to break a few things down for y'all.  I am letting you know what I do and what I am working on with myself, plus my relationship with my kids, when it comes to my worries.

As moms are weighted down by not only our own goals and perceptions of being a "good" mom but by outside influences as well.  Social media and Pinterest want to make us Stepford but I'm here to step forward to tell you what I think is total BS in this list of Mom Myths.
