Then Emi and Mark talk about dissecting anger and what anger looks like to each person. It may not be the rage and violence that so many people associate with it, sometimes it can be passive, self-abuse, or so many more. Learn how to identify your anger so that you can nurture your emotions to live a happier life.

In this episode, Kayla surprises Emi with her mystery topic: Abortions. Emi was very surprised by Kayla's choice in topics, as she didn't know where Kayla would lie on the topic. Kayla did a lot of scientific factual research and falls pro-choice but doesn't believe she would get an abortion for herself. Emi is pro-choice and shares a sensitive story that Kayla didn't know about. 

This episode was recorded a long time ago, and Emi and Kayla decided to delay the episode for a while because of the controversy behind it. With everything going on with Roe v Wade, now felt like the right time to publish it. We do not discuss anything with religion. We both fall on the pro-choice side, however we have compassion for people who identify as pro-life, and we ask you to do the same for us if you fall on that side. Please do not bash us for our opinions.

Join Emi to talk to her friend Seth to hear his story. Seth is a member of the LGBTQ community and was raised in a conservative Christian household. From a young age Seth knew he would need to leave his hometown, and this was further cemented after being diagnosed with bipolar 2 in college and a near death experience. See house Seth survived mayhem to thrive anew and created a new life for himself, one he genuinely loves surrounded by people who accept him for all of his being.

In Part Two of Seth's Story, Emi and Kayla have a Q&A session. He talks about how his bipolar diagnosis changed him, how he copes with that diagnosis, and how someone can support a person with bipolar in their own lives.
