Liberty gets personal with Shane Evans about balancing life. Shane talks about shifting her mindset in 2020 toward prioritizing, saying “no,” and keeping her bar high.

Prior to co- founding Massage Heights in April 2004, Shane had a sales and marketing career primarily in health and wellness based membership organizations, medical sales and in real estate.
Mrs. Evans is the co-owner of several Massage Heights retail locations, co-owner of the supply chain, Summit Franchise Supply, LLC, co-owner of The Gents Place, an ultra-premium men's grooming franchise brand and is on the Board of Directors of the Massage Heights Family Fund, a 501c3, a crisis fund for Team Members in need.
Shane has been a member of the global organization, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 2015 where she has served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Chapter in several capacities and currently serves as Chairman. She serves on the International Franchise Associations Franchise Relations Committee and is a member of the Franchisor Forum. She has been recognized as one of the franchise industries top female founders and was` on the cover of Franchise Times Magazine in May 2017. Massage Heights has been recognized on the Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list, has been named as one of the top 115 service brands, recognized by the Franchise Times Fast and Serious franchise list and many others. Shane is also a member of several industry associations; the American Massage Therapy Association and the International Spa Association. Additionally, Shane is passionate about several of her local community organizations and has focused her energies in areas in which she is passionate; children’s charities and charities that provide resources and education on conservation. She recently chaired the Ferrari Kid Childrens Ball and is on the San Antonio Zoo Board Selection Committee, has volunteered numerous times at the Ronald McDonald House and is an avid supporter of Rebecca’s Wish, a non-profit for children suffering from pancreatitis. She passionately co-founded The Massage Heights Family Fund after her appearance on Undercover Boss in December 2013.
Shane is married to Co-Founder of Massage Heights, Wayne Evans, and they have three daughters.
