Short but sweet, how I jumped into a military marriage.

Today's episode concentrates on the effects of trauma. Not just to me, but to all of us in general. It is not only informative, but a pre-cursor to the rest of my life story. I hope that this sheds light on Trauma, survivors, those with PTSD and mental health in general.

It's the end of my military career, listen to how I had to deal with false hope and empty promises from the Marine Corps. They promised to take care of their own and sent me home with false hope. I was set up for failure, but I made it through,but not before going through some heavy life lessons.

This weeks episode contains some triggering and heavy content. We discuss my experience with MST (Military Sexual Trauma) the shame and guilt involved and most importantly my survival.
