Frans Tihveräinen, the AR dude and founder of flyAR Augmented Reality Studio at Southern Finland joins the future conversation.
At flyAR, we augment reality using various technologies and we are quite good at doing it. When I’m not augmenting reality, you might find me skateboarding, playing heavy reggae music or doing dad-stuff like stepping on legos or winning at Mario Kart. I am also currently trying to learn to play bass and drums.
Jörgen van Dongen, Co-Founder Bleck Media I Director, Writer & Producer talks about his journey building a production company from scratch.
" My passion for Storytelling and Visual Storytelling started when I was a little boy.
After traveling through television and film country (Universal Pictures, Blazhoffski, Pellicola etc) I started Bleck Media in 2007 with my current business partner Steven Willems. Within this, we build a bridge with our team between creative and business.
We take people into the world of Visual Storytelling. Translating the essence of a good, human story into marketing and communication. Working with creative talents requires a different approach than people are used to in the business world. My experiences in both worlds allow me to bring out the best at Bleck."
Sander Veenhof (NL, 1973) has a fascination for the phenomenon augmented reality because it has turned the world into a programmable universe. Showcasing what it means to have the freedom to alter your environment according to our own needs, is what characterises a lot of Veenhof's projects. Fore seeing that our present day augmented reality will be our future default reality, his current projects are attempts to find out how to "Be Your Own Robot" while wearing AR wearables wherever we go. But for now, we're not going anywhere. We're stuck in endless Zoom calls. But fortunately, even this temporary reality can be fixed with AR.
