Bryce Rademan grew up in PC and graduated from PCHS, started a restaurant chain named Spitz in LA 14 years ago. He’s about to open his 5th restaurant in the Salt Lake Valley in a couple of weeks in Draper (others are in Downtown, Sugar House, Cottonwood Heights and Lehi). He also has 4 in LA and some in Portland and Minneapolis.
