We’ve been looking at ten reasons we should be creationists, and we’re at number five: worship.
When we allow God’s Word to be the authority, it inspires a high view of God, which inspires worship. But when we take man’s word over God’s Word, we’re deciding truth for ourselves. This doesn’t lead to a high view of God!
And consider this: when we look at all God’s made, what usually happens? We’re moved to worship the all-powerful Creator! But if it’s all the result of natural processes, with just some intervention from God at some point, why should we be moved to worship him?
It’s biblical creation that actually inspires worship.
