  • Point Blank Episode 45

I will admit this was a fun one. For a buddy cop/not cop movie it is pretty good. Overall not a terrible premise but also not totally original. It's so terrific you will get a headache.

  • Close Episode 44

Well, this was a doozy all the way around. This is our first attempt to record separately and it was less than ideal. As for the movie... It was fine. A basic boilerplate film that was inspired by a real person. It found it to be a cut and paste of other films and this one adds a layer of what it means to be a mother. (?) It is fine, as one review puts it "you already pay for the service so watch it."

  • TAU Episode 43

We end the Netflix review of "sci/fi" with TAU. A tale of a lady teaching a machine so that she can escape a mad scientist. I guess.

  • ANON Episode 41

This movie is mildly better. Some better actors and an interesting plot but does it make a good Netflix movie?

  • ARQ Episode 40

We start the new year off with a Netflix "original" movie. It's not great and that it was why we are here.

  • Child‘s Play Episode 39

Well damn, the trailer made me think there was more Christmas. All well. So another Child's Play movie. What can we say? It's updated to reflect our dependence on technology? Why does this movie exist? It had its moments. And for disclosure, we recorded 4 episodes back to back because of scheduling issues, so our tanks were getting dry during this one.

  • Black Christmas (06 & 19) Episode 37

Oh, father/brother we had a miscommunication. We watched different movies. Jake was really confused when I started talking. This is what happens when movies have the same name and the year is the only thing to differentiate them.
