Chris was formally Assistant Academy Manager at Tottenham Hotspur FC, he drove the philosophy and methodology behind the academy to make it one of the best in world soccer, producing the likes of Harry Kane and Harry Winks. Chris went on to be Assistant Manager of the first team. He then moved to QPR to be first team manager and now Head of Youth.
