It’s February 16, 2026 and I want to talk about BEND Oregon and some properties that I’m going to have available for sale. Specifically I’m gonna be talking about the three rivers area just south of SunRiver here in Central Oregon most people are familiar with that area but you don’t realise that you can buy a half acre Lot down there that is nice buildable Realistate good water sewer for under $200,000 and you could build a home on that and have a forever home.

The weather has been mostly beautiful with very little smoke.
