  • 2023 wrap up, interest rates, showing signs of hope, prices are going up, inventory is low.
In Central Oregon average price of a home is $800,000. Interest rates are showing signs of coming down into the five and six range prices will increase inventory is low. It’s been a crazy year but it’s been a market adjusting downward for the last two years many people don’t want to believe that, but it’s a fact prices are increasing, inventory is low and that is supporting the market here in Central Oregon. With interest rates lowering we expect to see prices increase hopefully builders can keep up.

Why is Bend Oregon such a great value compared to other places is it because it’s mostly still undiscovered compared to those locations? Let’s talk about it

  • Making the investment of a lifetime catching the wave is skill or luck?
In this episode, I talk about 2008 through 2011. My clients that purchased during that period of time or crazy there was no hope it was nothing but desperation in high interest rates. For whatever reason luck or skill, they made a decision to invest and those investments became the investment of a lifetime for most people when they turned around and sold maybe 2000 1819 or if they waited through Covid for a serious once in a lifetime sales opportunity. I am trying to sound the alarm on potential for similar opportunities that are coming in our market. Tags
