Hola amigos de Hive Open Mic en esta semana 302 vengo a presentarles un tema musical titulado ladrón de buena suerte, de la agrupación Los Bukis, teniendo en cuenta que el tema de esta semana es Good Luck, espero que este cover les sea de su agrado.


El tema musical escogido por mí trata sobre un ladrón de sentimientos, un ladrón que quiso robar el amor de otra persona, pero en este robo fue encontrando detalles importantes sobre la persona que quería enamorar y así mismo se fue enamorando,pero al pasar el tiempo se da cuenta de que el dueño de su amor llegó y lo perdió todo quedando él enamorado y triste.


Este tema musical pertenece a la agrupación de los Bukis que en ese entonces lo interpretaba Marco Antonio Solís, es un tema musical que presenta una melodía exquisita, con un ritmo contagioso y muy acoplado a su época, sabemos muy bien que los Bukis fue una agrupación que marcó un antes y un después en la música y que quedó vigente, aún sus temas musicales son escuchados por muchas personas.

Hola a todos los amigos de @Hive y en especial a esta comunidad de @Hivefood, les deseo un feliz año nuevo con mucha prosperidad y muchas bendiciones para todos. En esta ocasión paso por acá para traerles la forma en que yo realizo una caldosa, como decimos todos los cubanos o un sancocho como dicen muchos de ustedes por allá.


El pasado 6 de enero, el día de los Reyes Magos, la vida nos trajo como regalo hace 23 años un hermano y por supuesto como es el niño pequeño de la casa me refiero a mis hermanos, no quisimos dejar pasar por alto esta fecha tan especial y por supuesto que lo celebramos, cómo la familia es numerosa y nos íbamos a reunir desde temprano, preparamos todos para hacer una caldosa, como a mí me gusta tanto cocinar me puse de lleno en la elaboración, aunque todos los demás integrantes participaron y colaboraron, por supuesto, porque, sino para mí sola sería un poco difícil


Los ingredientes que utilicé para realizar esta caldosa fueron viandas como: malanga, yuca, plátano verde, calabaza y boniato, como carne un pedazo de carne asada de las fiestas navideñas y que conservamos para la ocasión, también le agregamos chicharrones de puerco, picadillo de pollo, como se darán cuenta tenía varias varios tipos de carne, para sazonar utilizamos ajo, ají, pimiento, sazón Goya, comino con pimienta, estos son sazones que se utilizan mucho acá en Cuba y que le dan un sabor estupendo a esta caldosa. Lo importante de la caldosa para que todos entiendan y que lo hace tan especial es esta mezcla de sabores entre viandas sazones y carne que la hace tener un gusto característico y muy exquisito.


Para prepararla primeramente a nosotros nos gusta ablandar las viandas, como pueden ver lo hicimos en la leña, como lo hacían mis abuelas que quedaba espectacular y todos tenemos la oportunidad de participar en el proceso y además al ser tan abundante imposible realizarla dentro de casa, pero bueno después que ablandamos las viandas mientras tanto en otra olla fuimos ablandando todas las carnes es decir echamos todos los huesos y después de blandos lo que hicimos fue que extraer la carne y por último ya cuando todo esto estuvo cocido en la leña en esa cazuela bien grandota, agregamos aceite y sofreímos todos esos sazones, se agregó la libra de picadillo de pollo.


Cuando estuvo el picadillo agregamos puré de tomate, y en ese caldo incorporamos los chicharrones de puerco y los dejamos que cocinara bien, posterior se agregan las viandas, las carnes que teníamos cocidas. Cuando mezclamos todas estas viandas, incorporamos un poco de agua para que se mezclen bien porque no lo podemos dejar muy espeso porque sino de queman. Se incorporan el resto de las sazones como el comino con pimienta, la sazón Goya, la sazón Iberia y un poco de comino en grano. Mientras hierve hay que ir removiendo para que las viandas no se peguen en el fondo, agregamos sal al gusto y se deja cuajar. Un tip importante es que la caldosa no puede espesar mucho en el fuego porque sino cuando enfríe queda muy pastosa. Lo próximo mis amigos es saborear ese rico caldo y que por esta isla amamos todos. Modestia aparte, quedó riquísimo, para chuparse los dedos. Aunque creo que el ingrediente fundamental fue el amor que toda la familia pusimos en su elaboración.

On 6 January, Three Kings Day, life brought us a gift 23 years ago in the form of a brother, and of course, as he is the youngest child in the house, I am referring to my brothers. we didn't want to let this special date pass us by, and of course we celebrated it. As we have a large family and were going to get together early, we all prepared to make a caldosa. As I love cooking so much, I threw myself into the preparation, although everyone else participated and helped, of course, because it would have been a bit difficult for me to do it all on my own.

The ingredients I used to make this caldosa were root vegetables such as taro, yuca, green plantain, pumpkin and sweet potato, and a piece of roast beef from the Christmas celebrations that we had saved for the occasion. We also added pork cracklings and minced chicken. As you can see, I used several different types of meat. To season it, we used garlic, chilli, pepper, Goya seasoning and cumin with pepper. These are seasonings that are used a lot here in Cuba and give this caldosa a wonderful flavour. The important thing about caldosa, so that everyone understands what makes it so special, is this mixture of flavours between the seasonings and the meat, which gives it a distinctive and very exquisite taste.

To prepare it, we first like to tenderise the vegetables. As you can see, we did this over a wood fire, just like my grandmothers used to do, which turned out spectacularly. We all have the opportunity to participate in the process, and since it is so abundant, it is impossible to make it indoors. But anyway, after we softened the vegetables, we softened all the meat in another pot. That is, we put all the bones in and, once they were soft, we removed the meat.
