Hola amigos de @HiveOpenMic, tengan todos un saludo y espero que hayan pasado una linda semana. Para la presentación de esta semana con la temática Sirenas, tuve que buscar en Youtube porque no recordaba ninguna canción que viniera a fin con el tema. Y en la búsqueda realizada encontré una que me llamó mucho la atención y es la canción "Sirenas" de La Oreja de Van Gogh.


Este tema musical pertenece al álbum Un susurro en la Tormenta. Este tema tiene la peculiaridad que no trata precisamente sobre las sirenas que habitan en el mar sino sobre esas otras que cuando suenan es porque traen consigo noticias no muy alentadoras. En este caso está canción está dedicada al atentado que ocurrió en San Sebastián. Se basa fundamentalmente en contar la historia de lo sucedido para que no sea olvidada. Cómo dice su letra en este caso las sirenas trajeron dolor y sufrimiento a la población. El canto de estas sirenas no se pueden olvidar por la tragedia tan grande que trajo consigo. Hola amigos de @Vibes Web3 Music Competition, para mí es un placer poder estar con ustedes nuevamente después de un periodo ausente por problemas familiares. En esta semana 36 les presento un tema musical titulado La Última Vez de la banda Morat.


Este tema musical fue popularizado en el año 2016. Hola amigos de @Hive y en especial a los de la comunidad @HiveFood, espero que todos sus familiares y amigos se encuentren bien de salud. Hace varios meses no paso por aquí, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta de empanadas caseras rellenas de verduras.


Era uno de esos fines de semanas que quería cambiar de menú para el almuerzo porque sentía deseos de probar algo distinto al paladar, pero no sabía que hacer y observé que tenía algo de harina, col, tomate y pimiento. Decidí hacer unas empanadas rellenas con verduras.


Ingredientes

Para las empanadas se necesita

1 lata de Harina.

30ml de aceite

1 cucharadita de sal

1 cucharada de azúcar

1/3 de latica de agua caliente.

Para el relleno

1 pimiento maduro

1 tomate grande

1/2 repollo de col pequeño

1 pizca de orégano en polvo

1 cucharadita de pasta de ajo

1 tapita de vinagre de su preferencia.

Elaboración

Primeramente procedí a realizar el relleno de las empanadas. En un sartén a fuego medio bajo, agregué un poquito de aceite, cuando este se calentó adicioné los pimientos cortados en pequeños pedazos y dejé sofreír, posteriormente si desea agregar embutidos o picadillo lo hace en este punto y después adiciona el tomate maduro bien picadito y deje que el tomate se ablande un poco, en ese momento adicioné sal al gusto, el orégano molido y la cucharadita de pasta de ajo deje que todo sofría a la misma vez, cuando el tomate alla hablando, le agregué el vinagre y le apagué el fuego y adicioné la col que debe estar troceada en pedazos de medianos a pequeños, revuelva bien y tape el sartén. Esto es para que la col no suelte agua y no moje la base de la empanada. Preservar el relleno


Para realizar las bases de las empanadas se necesita poner en un bol, la harina de trigo, y se le agregan todos los ingredientes secos como la sal y el azúcar, se revuelve para mezclar todo muy bien, se realiza un orificio en el centro de la masa y se agrega el aceite y un poco de agua bien caliente. Se mezcla todo y se comienza a amazat, el resto del agua se va a ir adicionando a medida que la masa lo pida. Lo más importante a la hora de realizar las empanadas es el amasado, es lo que le da cuerpo a la empanada. Las masa no debe adherirse a los dedos. Posteriormente fraccionar en pequeños pedazos y comenzar a estirar con un rodillo, mientras más fina quede la masa, mejor porque así quedará crujiente.


Después de estirada la masa se le va a incorporar el relleno y se cerrará la empanada, importante doblar el borde de la misma para que cuando se esté friendo no se derrame el relleno en la manteca caliente. Se dejan reposar por unos segundos y se pone aceite a calentar, cuando haya obtenido una buena temperatura comenzar a freír y poner en un plato con papel para absorba la grasa excedente.


El siguiente paso mis amigos es servir y disfrutar de este delicioso manjar, mis amigos a mi me encantó 🩷. Realmente superó mis expectativas de fin de semana, a mí esposo y mi hermana también les gustó mucho al punto de repetir y aún quedarse con los deseos, a mis pequeños ni hablar sobre todo a mi chiquitica que quedó encantada.

Ingredients

Hola amigos de @Hive y en especial a los de la comunidad @Vibes, espero que todos sus familiares y amigos se encuentren bien de salud. Felicitar además a los ganadores del concurso de la semana anterior.

En esta semana les voy a presentar un tema musical que data del año 2013 titulado "Mi Peor Error", perteneciente al álbum Primera Fila: La Guzmán, de la cantante y actriz mexicana Alejandra Guzmán, artista de talla internacional y ganadora de premios como Latin Grammy Award for Best Rock Solo Vocal Album (2002).


Este tema trata sobre el amor no correspondido, en esta canción se evidencia claramente El conflicto que representa amar, pues no siempre se es correspondido por la pareja, aquí el autor de la canción expresa además como nos equivocamos al abrir el corazón y entregarnos por completo a la persona equivocada y el dolor que representa reconocer que nos hemos equivocado pero aun así continuar amándolo.
