Hola amigos de @Hive y en especial a los de la comunidad @FullDeportes, espero que todos sus familiares y amigos se encuentren bien de salud.

Hace algunos días me sentí bloqueada, dónde las ideas no fluían y me sentía incómoda con mi propio cuerpo, pues el estrés no me permitía relajarme y estar a gusto, dónde el dolor de cabeza, el insomnio y el malestar eran la palabra de orden en cada amanecer al punto de tener conflictos de entendimiento y raciocinio para conmigo e incluso mis familiares más cercanos que son los que están todo el tiempo junto a mi regazo.

Comprendí perfectamente que ese no era el camino y que debía liberarme de todo esa carga que llevaba encima provocada por el trabajo, los problemas sociales y personales que en ocasiones nos ahoga. Decidí junto a mi esposo que debía cambiar mi rutina y hacer algo diferente dónde sintiera paz y alivio, donde todo lo agobiante se mantuviera lejos y llegaran a mí momentos relajantes, y me invitó a ir junto a mis hijos a un terreno deportivo que hay en mi ciudad ubicada en la universidad, pues él suele llevar allí a mis hijos a gastar energía y sacarlos del mundo de la tecnología que tanto los consume, ya saben tablet, celulares, TV, PC, etc.

Al llegar al lugar pude apreciar que asistían bastantes personas, unos a jugar fútbol, otros a ejercitarse corriendo en la pista, otros como nosotros a despejar como dice el buen cubano. Fuimos con varios implementos deportivos como pelota de béisbol y guante y una pelota de fútbol. Mi esposo y mi niño decidieron jugar fútbol, mientras mi pequeña y yo nos pasábamos la pelota de béisbol por el suelo y de vez en cuando una carrerita para calentar motores.😁

Estando allí recordé mis tiempos de universidad, cuando le daba cinco vueltas a la pista de 400 m y aún me quedaba energía pará montar un poco bicicleta y alguna que otra plancha y abdominales. Ni yo me creía que lograra todo eso y mis amigos al recordar aquello me atreví a darle una vuelta a la pista y saben qué, apenas logré llegar a la primera 😔dónde lo no creíble, mi niño de 7 años la dio más rápido que yo y llegó en mejores condiciones, sencillamente el sedentarismo me estaba matando. Mi esposo se embulló también a ver si él lograba hacerla, pero bueno a él le tocó bailar con la más fea porque le tocó darla con mi niña de 2 años en hombros, y terminó fatal. 😅

Al concluir, mi niño seguía con deseos de jugar y nosotros haciendo un esfuerzo lo confieso así, cumplimos sus deseos, pero mis amigos, estábamos destruidos, locos por llegar a casa darnos un buen baño y descansar.

El tiempo y el sedentarismo pasa factura, está más que comprobado y si quieres llevar una vida más sana y placentera practique deporte. En mi caso se los recomiendo como buena terapia, yo me sentí más relajada y disfruté de mi familia, olvidándome de todo lo que me atormentaba, fue como un reinicio donde las ideas se aclararon, llegó el sueño y el dolor de cabeza desapareció sin medicación, me sentí más libre.

Mis amigos espero que les haya gustado esta experiencia personal que quise compartir con todos ustedes dónde queda demostrado que el deporte cura el cuerpo y sana el alma.

I decided with my husband that I had to change my routine and do something different where I could feel peace and relief, where all the stress would stay away and relaxing moments would come to me, and he invited me to go with my children to a sports field that is in my city located in the university, because he usually takes my children there to spend energy and take them out of the world of technology that consumes them so much, you know tablet, cell phones, TV, PC, etc..

Upon arriving at the place I could see that quite a few people were attending, some to play soccer, others to exercise running on the track, others like us to clear as the good Cuban says. We went with several sports equipment such as a baseball ball and glove and a soccer ball. My husband and my child decided to play soccer, while my little girl and I were passing the baseball ball on the ground and from time to time a little run to warm up engines.😁.

While I was there, I remembered my college days, when I would do five laps of the 400 m track and still had enough energy left to ride a bike and do the occasional plank and sit-up. Even I didn't believe I could do all that and my friends remembering that I dared to do a lap around the track and you know what, I barely made it to the first one 😔where the unbelievable, my 7 year old boy did it faster than me and arrived in better conditions, simply sedentary lifestyle was killing me. My husband also got involved to see if he could do it, but he had to dance with the ugliest because he had to do it with my 2 year old on his shoulders, and he ended up fatal. 😅

At the end, my child was still eager to play and we made an effort, I confess, we fulfilled his wishes, but my friends, we were destroyed, crazy to get home to take a good bath and rest.

Time and a sedentary lifestyle take their toll, it is more than proven and if you want to lead a healthier and more pleasant life, practice sports. In my case I recommend it as good therapy, I felt more relaxed and enjoyed my family, forgetting everything that tormented me, it was like a reboot where ideas became clearer, sleep came and the headache disappeared without medication, I felt more free.

Hola mis amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Vibes Web3 Music Competition, es para mí un placer poder participar esta semana en este maravilloso concurso. En ocasiones cuando estamos distraídos en otras tareas ya sean del hogar o del trabajo vienen a nuestra mente temas musicales que tarareamos en voz baja, en mi caso por pena y un poco de miedo escénico, siempre me ha costado desenvolverme ante el público por respeto.

Pero debo agradecer a esta comunidad, pues al principio a la hora de grabar los videos me costaba un trabajo horrible, las manos me sudaban, la voz me temblaba y mi corazón quería explotar de tanta presión, pero a medida que ha ido pasando el tiempo me he desenvuelto mejor, aunque me tomo muy en serio lo que hago porque me gusta y considero que las personas que me escuchan merecen lo mejor de mí.

Hola amigos de Vibes Web 3 Music Competition siguiendo la iniciativa de la semana les interpreto la canción La media vuelta. Era por los años 90 aun cuando era una niña de alrededor 9 años, recuerdo que visitaba la casa de unas vecinas un poco más adultas que yo pero que tenían una discapacidad físicas nombrada enanismo, pero de una inteligencia y una cultura admirable, escuchaban en la radio los temas musicales más populares y por entonces el artista favorito de ellas era Luis Miguel, ese intérprete de alta fama internacional y de renombre por sus éxitos, además por ser un galán que tampoco se le puede quitar el mérito.

Entre las canciones que interpretaba se encontraba la escogida por mí, un tema que me marcó y me gustó desde entonces, no solo por lo hermoso de su melodía sino también por lo que significa su contenido, dónde el autor habla de un amor que puede andar el mundo, puede incluso refugiarse en otros brazos, pero nunca será como aquel amor, ese sentir y lo profundo de sus deseos, aunque un poco egoista y arrogante de parte del que entona la melodía.
