This week I read from Zechariah, Ezra, and Esther. There's so much goodness packed into all these books. Duh! It's the Word of God. There's goodness packed throughout the whole thing. But you know what I mean.

Ezra 7:10 really stood out to me. It speaks volumes about Ezra character and I think we can learn a lot from him.

This week in my personal Bible study, I read from Daniel and Ezra. There's some good stuff in both books but I have to tell you that Daniel 10 really got me fired up and excited!

In this chapter Daniel has received a revelation and he is praying and fasting asking for understanding of that revelation. And of course, the devil doesn't want him to receive the message from God.

Lately God has been convicting me of a lot of things. One of the things that has been on my heart is forgiveness. What exactly does it mean to forgive 70x7 times? Why do I have to keep forgiving someone that keeps hurting me?

That's what we're talking about today! As Christians, what does forgiveness look like and we can look to God as the example of how to do it.

This week in church the sermon was straight out of Daniel 6. We find the story of Daniel and the Lion's Den. We find Daniel praying even when he's faith with the death penalty.

What you do in your everyday life is what you'll do when you find yourself in the trenches.

This week my D-Group read parts of 2 Kings and parts of Jeremiah. Keep scrolling for last week's reading plan and this week's reading plan.

Jeremiah 29:13 really stood out to me and it reminded me of God's character and how He's proven Himself to me in the past and how I can trust Him in the future.

This week our sermon was in Daniel 3 and we talked about what it means to be courageous as a Christian.

We should believe with all that we are that God is who He says He is. We should be praying with expectancy. And even if He doesn't show up the way we think He should, He is still good.

We had a guest speaker this past Sunday and he delivered a sermon that has had me chewing on it for days.

Why do we resist God? Why aren't we telling others about the living water that is Jesus? Why do we fall back into faithlessness even when we know the faithfulness of God?

These are all great questions and ones we have to answer for ourselves.

Today we're talking about our favorite drinks, the woman at the well, and how an encounter with Jesus demands a responds. Check out John 4: 4-26 for the passage on The Woman at The Well.
