Earnings beats - strong consumer from visa including international travel boost- strong guidance - inflation coming down - bond rates below 4% - it all adds up to the potential the fed doesn’t have to raise (I think they will) and maybe we have a soft landing and they may have to cut rates soon 

$SPY - just got out of the 4hour algo with a 3% gain - $420 is resistance - get over that and $470 is the next resistance which is 11% upside which is huge. The lower support on the ascending wedge is $385

Comparing tonights $GOOG and $MSFT earnings calls.

When the topic of AI has come up, it feels like Google management is drinking tea and Microsoft Red Bull.

GOOG stock is up 1%, MSFT up 9% in after-hours.

Google’s AI tone is optimistic, measured, put the customer first, do it right, and light on details besides AI search.

Microsoft is talking up about how much they're integrating AI into many products in the near term, try it out and see if it works.

$msft is up so much because of azure cloud and the guidance

If $AAPL breaks $162 support - I think we may see it go to the $150’s before $170’s

Regulator in uk blocked $atvi deal with $msft - they can appeal but it looks like a straight no out of the uk so there the deal looks to be off - if it gets too messy and too expensive $msft may be out - $atvi is saying they will appeal 

Remember - there’s a $3b break up fee $msft will pay - and pre deal this was a $50 stock 

$ba beat and reaffirmed guidance - including 737 production will be 37 per month later this year (at 31 per month now)
