We're back! It feels like it's been a long weight for the return of Agents of Shield but we weren't disappointed. Keeping with tradition, this show packed so much into one episode yet its paced so well, it doesn't feel like too much. There are some really great performances in this episode and as always, the small details go a long way.

Download/Stream the episode to hear Kriss & Dpalm discuss the whole thing.

Legends of Tomorrow ends its second season perfectly. The season finale really shows how much this show has grown since last season. It really became the Sara Lance Show. They also managed to bring everything together thematically as well as add some weight to this episode with some unexpected deaths.

The penultimate episode of Legends of Tomorrow is one of the best they've done. No Hawks and bringing some of the CW's best villains together did wonders for this show. And this episode doesn't go as one would expect and so it has us on our toes for the finale. On Arrow, this is also one of their best episodes. This season has really brought together the entire series and we get to see how they're shaping Oliver's future and realization of becoming someone better.

And finally we end with another talk about Marvel's sales being down on diverse comics and the stupid arguments people are trying to make that avoid the obvious.

With the musical episode out of the way, we're back to normal (what we can call normal) on The Flash. This was a pretty normal episode that didn't move the needle too far but did contain some setups. It was great to see Abra Kadabra on TV in live action and we got some long overdue Joe West "Black Fatherhood moments" with him cracking on how much know Iris's fate is bothering him. We are concerned with what they're doing with Caitlin as it seems to be forced in and not really set up well (why do her powers act this way) and we're hoping next season they get better at handling relationships (Damn it Cisco, do better).

We also throw in some talk about: the Spider-Man Homecoming trailer, if the Venom movie is happening, will Sony take Spider-Man out of the MCU, the rumored runtime for Justice League and more.

Deidra and Laney Rob a Train combines the fun of a high school comedy with a heist film. When her mother goes postal at her job at an electronics store, intelligent but bitter Deidra takes on the burden of taking care of her sister, Laney and their younger brother, Jet. After a conversation with her deadbeat dad who works at the trainyard, Deidra comes up with a plan to rob a train and she has to pull her, shy and sweet sister Laney into the mix in order to accomplish it. What follows is a funny and warm-hearted tribute to family.

Shanna, Phenom & the Doctor break down what makes Deidra and Laney work.

Another week in the books, another pod breaking down that week. Off the heels of a legitimately exciting Kentucky vs. UNC game, March Meh-ness continues to prove how overrated the opening weekend is. Besides, where else can you see grown men sniping at a child for asking a question? All this and more as we delve into the levels of code being thrown at us from all sides from playing baseball the 'right way' to Colin Kaepernick as a distraction all the way to the arguments AGAINST NBA players resting.

Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow are really bringing the goods this season. We really like how Legends is pulling the pieces together how it embraces the type of show it is. On Arrow, we're still getting Season 2 vibes from this show and how its forcing Oliver to come to terms with who he is.

And the new Justice League trailer comes out so you know we have some thoughts on this. Just remember, Kriss is the nice one when it comes to WB/DC.
