May 02, 2016 Legends of Tomorrow Recap - S1E13 Leviathan
Kriss & Dpalm review Legends of Tomorrow episode
13, Leviathan. There's a lot to like about this episode.
The emotional connection they make when Rip talks about why he
can't save his family makes it real and probably should have been
explained earlier. Seeing the team working together is always
great. But Kendra is gonna Kendra. *sigh* Check out our full
review.

May 01, 2016 Arrow Recap S4E19 Canary Cry
Kriss & Dpalm discuss episode 19 of Season 4 of Arrow,
Canary Cry. The team says good bye to Laurel and
Arrow reminds us that it kicked off this trend of serious,
good comic book TV shows. This episode is hard to watch, not
because it's bad but because the emotional performances from
everyone will make it hard for you to watch and not
cry. Arrow always finishes its seasons strong and
this is no different.

May 01, 2016Character Corner - Black Panther (T'Challa) Ruler of Wakanda
T'Challa, Black Panther makes his live action debut soon in Captain America: Civil War. So Kriss & Dpalm are here to break down his history and give you everything you need to know about the first black super hero in main stream comics. If you've been following our other Character Corners & Comic Book Book Clubs then you might think you know everything about the Ruler of Wakanda (and King of the Dead) but you'd be wrong. There's still so much more to cover. We break down what exactly Wakanda is and how progressive the writing for both Wakanda & T'Challa was even back in the 60's. We also talk about the importance of the women in T'Challa's life and explain why the Storm/T'Challa marriage was poorly thought out, unnecessary and executed. Then there's T'Challa's relationship with the other rulers in the Marvel Universe: Namor, Black Bolt and Doom. The rivalry between Doom & T'Challa takes the character to the next level.

Like I said, we cover a lot. So give it a listen.

April 28, 2016 The Flash Recap - S2E19 Back to Normal
Kriss & Dpalm recap The Flash episode 19, Back
to Normal. Barry doesn't have his speed this episode so this
is an interesting episode to talk about. The cast being so strong
helps us get through an entire episode with "normal" Barry. Well
that and Zoom phasing through Caitlyn to kill her Earth-2 version.
Yeah, Zoom is evil. Check out our full review to hear us discuss
this episode.

April 24, 2016 Legends of Tomorrow Recap - S1E12 Last Refuge
Kriss & Dpalm review Legends of Tomorrow episode 12, Last Refuge. We start the show talking about the deep dark hole of Comic Book buying addiction and how much fun it is. As far as this episode, we still feel like they're still missing the mark. On its own, there is stuff to like here but there's just no central character to focus on and it makes the season suffer. The stakes don't feel there despite the fun moments. Check out our full review.
